  • Once approved, your rug goes into production.

  • From order to shipping, please allow 3–5 weeks. Have a specific deadline? Reach out and I'll do my best to accommodate.

  • Finished sizes: ~20" x 30"

  • All rugs include flat hooks on the back for easy wall hanging

  • Need a different size? Just message me

Frequently asked questions.

  • You'll receive your sketch within 5 business days of ordering. From there, the finished rug takes 3–4 weeks to complete. You'll be kept in the loop throughout the whole process.

  • Easy — once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to submit your photo.

  • Yes! You'll have 2 rounds of edits on the sketch before production begins. Once the sketch is approved, changes can't be made — so take your time and make sure you love it.

  • Free 3-day shipping across Canada. Every rug is handmade in Kelowna, BC.

  • Spot clean with warm water and vacuum on a light setting.

  • Because every rug is custom and handmade, returns and exchanges aren't something I'm able to offer. That said, if something isn't right, reach out — I'm always happy to make it right.
