You'll receive your sketch within 5 business days of ordering. From there, the finished rug takes 3–4 weeks to complete. You'll be kept in the loop throughout the whole process.

Easy — once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to submit your photo.

Yes! You'll have 2 rounds of edits on the sketch before production begins. Once the sketch is approved, changes can't be made — so take your time and make sure you love it.
