The Process
After checkout, you will receive an email from me requesting photos of your pet. Simply reply with your photos.
Within 3–5 business days you'll receive a sketch for your approval — up to 2 edits included.
Once approved, your rug goes into production.
From order to shipping, please allow 3–5 weeks. Have a specific deadline? Reach out and I'll do my best to accommodate.
