CANADA DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders ship via FedEx.

  1. Standard shipping within Canada usually takes 3–7 business days.

  2. Local pickup in Kelowna, BC may be available upon request.

US/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders ship via USPS or courier.

  1. Standard shipping to the U.S. usually takes 5–10 business days.

  2. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. After that, work may have already begun on your rug and changes may not be possible.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your rug arrives damaged during shipping, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the rug and packaging. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

CUSTOM DESIGN APPROVAL

Before production, I’ll provide a sketch/mock-up for your approval. Once you approve, the design is considered final.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All custom rugs—including pet portraits—are made to order and are non-refundable.

In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the customer’s expense. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
